How I work

My approach is grounded in the belief that the effects of trauma and chronic stress can be worked through—not just cognitively, but neurologically and relationally.

Many of the women I work with have learned, often early on, that their worth is tied to performance, responsibility, or being easy to be around. Over time, this can create patterns of overthinking, pressure, and disconnection—from both self and others.

In our work, we begin to gently shift those patterns.

I integrate EMDR therapy, nervous system-informed care, and parts work to support healing at both the mind and body level. This allows us to move beyond surface-level coping and address the root of what’s keeping you stuck.

The goal is not just insight—but a felt sense of change: more grounded, more present, and more at ease in your life and relationships.

WHY I FOUNDED

Reset Mental Wellness

Reset Mental Wellness was born from my lifelong passion for bringing physical and mental health together. I’ve always believed that true wellness happens when we honor the deep connection between our bodies and minds, creating synergy that supports healing.

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation from the body. The way we think, feel, and respond is closely tied to our nervous system and lived experiences. When we begin to work with that—not against it—change becomes more sustainable.

I founded Reset to help you step out of survival patterns, understand yourself more clearly, and move toward a way of living that feels more settled and intentional.

This vision has guided my career from the very beginning—a longing to create a space where physical and mental health intersect, offering care that feels both holistic and impactful. At Reset Mental Wellness, I offer well-rounded, individualized support through evidence-based modalities that recognize how intricately our nervous systems, physiology, and mental well-being are tied.
